For the EU funded project SEAGROW, Sea Going Green is leading WP5: Communication, Exploitation, and Dissemination. We manage the project communication strategy and channels, create and coordinate content and materials, support partner outreach and liaison, and track and report communication activities and KPIs across the project.

Support for the implementation of a pilot project for Boat Bike Tours to combine digital innovation and on-ground sustainability measures, including a Net Zero Cloud tool and real-time fuel monitoring to visualize and reduce CO₂ emissions for a sample of vessels and their head office, further improving energy efficiency.

Green Case Sustainable Tourism and Sea Going Green, for the EU project NaTour4CChange, researched climate resilience in Mediterranean coastal tourism. Sea Going Green conducted a comprehensive survey on best practices for Plan Bleu, part of the Mediterranean Action Plan. The project included desktop research, stakeholder mapping, questionnaire development, and consultations with Mediterranean tourism stakeholders, identifying gaps and compiling best practices into a detailed report.

Sea Going Green developed a sustainable tourism vision, strategy, and website for the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority. We also designed a carbon footprint calculator and sustainability platform to support eco-friendly practices across the sector. In addition, we are co-developing a carbon credit pilot focused on circular food waste mitigation with SCTDA, American University of Sharjah, and Arada/Manbat.
